We went because they had a free table on the terrace but we’ll go back for the generous portion sizes and good service. The prices are similar to other places near by, 1.90€ for a montadito (baguette) or a toast. We tried both their calamari with aioli and chicken baguette. We tucked into a salmon toast too.
We chose huevos rotos to share (6€ with bacon) – a mix of fried eggs and fried potatoes.
Unlike most of the places in Plaza Mayor, service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The waiters were frequently in and out and it was easy enough to grab their attention.
