Valladolid is a beautiful University city about an hour an a half away from Salamanca by bus or car.
We started our day with a coffee and pastry in the main square. Then we started to walk around, visiting the Church of San Pablo, Valladolid Cathedral, a museum and numerous tapas bars.
We were shocked by how each this glass of wine and tapas was. Only 1.20€!
On the walk back to the bus station we passed through Valladolid’s main park and admired the peacocks.
Valladolid is home to Rio Shopping, a larger shopping centre with an Ikea and Primark.
